I am using PCI 7813 card in the Industrial PC. During testing of the card ,some of the digital output lines of the card when high logic is passed it is giving 1.4v instead of 2.4 V to 3.3 V.
What kind of current are you trying to draw on those lines. Each line can only put out 5mA. The simplest solution would be to use a digital buffer chip that can handle the current draw you need.
