HOW TO CONNECT ANALOG,DIGITAL OUTPUT/INPUT DEVICES IN CRIO

HI I'M USING NI CRIO 9074.

 I HAVE TO GIVE A SIGNAL GENERATOR INPUT(ANALOG INPUT)  TO THAT CONTROLLER  .

 TELL ME WHERE I HAVE TO PLACE THOSE ADC/DAC MODILES IN THAT KIT.

 TELL ME HOW TO TO INTERFACE KIT  LABVIEW.

Do you know what specifically you need this for, what sampling rate you want?

An idea  could be to use modules like an NI 9234 module or an NI9211, you should follow this link to see what suits your application the best: cRIO configuration

Using this you can find out what is recommended.

Once you have got your modules you will have to go through a process or assigned an IP address to your cRIO, configuring it in Measurement & automation explorer (MAX) and then creating a project in LabVIEW that will target the modules in the chassis.

Can We use DAQmx programming to acquire signals  from cRIO 9074 (i.e NI 9263 analog module or any analog and digital modules which i inserted n the slots)
