Does NI make a connector saver for the 183432-02 cable? We currently have 2 of these cables on a test fixture from a PXI DAQ and digital IO card. To prevent damage we use a connector saver we found online but seems to be no longer available. It was like in the image below but we had to mill off the tab and enlarge the mounting hole to 2.5mm. The saver had male pins on one side of the connector and female sockets on the other. Part number was SM-070 from a few sources but last time we had to buy any was about 5 years ago. This is the same as an old SCSI III HD68 pin connector.

NI doesn't sell any sort of connector saver.
VHDCI 68-pin connector is common in Datacenter use as SCSI cable, so, you should be able to find off-market ones. Do you connect disconnect the cables often to need a connector saver?
If you connect/disconnect often, you need to re-think of using a better fixture and mass interconnect.
