I see that you are wanting to connect DIO signals using your SCC-FT01. If the module is currently in the same state that you purchased it in you cannot use it for DIO with out some modifications to the FT01. Please see the following Knowledge base that talks about how to customize your FT01 for DIO.

See the attached documents in the Knowledge Base that show how to remove the resistors for customization. Let us know if this helps you with your questions/concerns.
