Can I use 3 ports simultaneously?

I want to build a full-duplex serial port on PCI-6534. Can I assign the ports as following:
port0: external clock, 1 serial input line,1 external trigger line, 2 control lines
port1: 4 control lines
port2: external clock,1 serial output line,1 external trigger line, 2 control lines
software: labView
hardware: pci-6534
Can I use these 3 ports simultaneously?

The 6534 board has two independent handshaking lines, meaning that you can have up to two independent operations on the same board.
Following the idea, you can have two ports executing different tasks.
