Licensing and Activation Toolkit missing files

I have built an application that is a consumer of a Third-Party licensing and activation toolkit (Digimetrix KUKA Robotics Library).  When I try to build an executable, it fails due to missing files, but the missing files seem to be related to the Licensing and Activation toolkit itself.  

Here is a picture of the project with the missing files: loading.gif and pleasewait.html.

Can anyone explain why these are missing?  Can anyone provide a copy of these files that are missing on my system?
