geomap to display dynamic data source

I would like to create a map to display dynamic data; example found in the attached image and explanation is given in the following. I am using Diadem thus I want to learn if Diadem is capable of doing such thing or I have to find a more suitable tool.

I am working on remote monitoring the performance of manufacturing facilities around the world. Everyday, each center sends back information about consumed energy, produced products, engine running or not, .... These data is received and stored on the same server in office. I would like to create a map as in the attached image. At each location, selective data of that center will be displayed as bar chart (for numeric data) and boolean indicator (for running condition). This map can automatically refresh (continuously or daily) to update the new data. It is similar to the map of whether forecast, where information of temperature, humidity,... are displayed.

You can create a user dialog with the indicators you need. Please refer to this thread.

In the user dialog, you can add activex objects and edit their properties to look the way you need. For example, I was able to add a CWButton Control and a CWSlide Control in the DIAdem Dialog Editor and change the OCXProperties in the ActiveX tab for them to look like a round LED and a Fill Slide indicator.

 

Once you create the dialog, you can add it in the VIEW panel selecting the Dialog Box display type.

You can add pictures to the User Dialog to include the map.
