When I was working on my BSEET, I had a copy of NI Circuit Design Suite -Student Edition. I can see it on the My Products page, complete with serial and part numbers. The computer I had this product installed on crashed, and I am trying to reinstall it on a new computer. Unfortunately I do not have the original installation file, and when I try downloading it from the website my license is not accepted. I have also tried contacting the sales department, but the automated form I must fill in to submit my trouble ticket refuses to accept my serial number. Who do I contact to find what version number of Circuit Design Suite I have a license for, and how to properly install and activate that version?
