Is it possible to integrate a channel over a specific time window without having to trim the channel?

Hi TamerDTS,
It looks like it is not possible according to a previously answered forum below http://forums.ni.com/t5/DIAdem/Integrate-channel-over-time-window/m-p/3358190#M22637.
However, you can to the following according to the DIAdem Product Support Engineer from the linked post, "In general what you do in DIAdem is select the X-axis range of interest in VIEW with band cursors and flags, then copy out the region of interest with the flag copying icon. This gives you a new X and Y channel pair that runs only over the X-axis range you're interested in, and you can apply the integration calculation to those new channels to get your desired result."

Hi Tamer,
If a Y value summation is an acceptable alternative to an integration, or can be used to calculate an integration result with acceptable accuracy, then you can use the StatBlockCalc() command to calculate the "Arithmetic mean" and multiply by the number of rows indicated to get the summation value. The StatBlockCalc() command is the only DIAdem command I know of that takes a desired row range as an input value. So if this approach works for you, you wouldn't have to create subset channels.
