measurment computing newer version has to be removed - how to remove for new install

trying to load measurement computing package with V12 - asV13 would not work - error message remove new package before installing V12 package - how do I remove V13 package ?

If you installed through the Configurator, disable the V13 driver.

If you installed through the Add/Remove Programs, use Programs and Features/Uninstall to remove the Measurement Computing DASYLab driver. 

Note that the V13 driver may have made a change that doesn't get uninstalled. You may need to call in for support to go back correctly.
