PCI Express DAS

I am working on research in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Pressure catheter sensors are placed in Veins and  arteries. The catheter ‘s transducers are connected to a monitor in which I am able to see waveforms and pressures (mmhg) continuously during a surgical operation. Is it possible for me to to extract the data from the monitor through a RS 232 port through a RS 232 port  to a DAS?
