How to reduce sampling rate for strain data with NI9237 in DAQExpress

I recently met issue of too large sampling rate of NI 9237 with DAQexpress. Can anyone help me on the issue?

Can you provide more details about what exactly is happening? Are you getting an error? What software are you using? What sampling rate are you trying to use?

Yes, I am using DAQExpress and I have figured out to use resample tool to reduce sampling rate.
