LabView Based Task Manager

Description:

First than anything i want to write: This is my first post, so, please if i make any mistake please let me know. This Vi is not intended to replace the windows Task Manager under normal Workstation Operation, but is a very good option to used in case we have to totally remove windows shell GUI, so in that case you will need a replacement for the task manager and this VI will help you, i used it for a project im developing, we have many workstation and most of the operators usually like to be playing around with windows xp features so i have to perform many windows restriction, one of this is the task manager just for that function thats allows users to shutdown windows or change the current user session, so i have to create a replacement for the task manager a "light" version. I use code from some examples many people upload here and i've add many things that i've found usefull, please enjoy.

The Main features are:

View, Start and Stop Windows Services

View, open and close Windows Programs

View Common directory Paths

View Memory usage

View System Information

View Network Devices Information and Statics

LabView Version:

This was developed with LabView 8.5.1

It seems that the dll you include with this vi only works for a 32-bit system.  Do you have something that will work with a 64-bit system?

It would be great if you could repost the VI, I would like to check it out.

Thanks

I second that - I'd like to see how to do it for an app I'm working on.
