I've never heard of Kratzer but apparently NI bought them. Maybe you could contact support and see if they can give you any documentation or contact person.

I would if I could find a way to contact support. All you get is pick from options that takes you round in circles.

Unless you have good leverage with NI or someone who is a familiar volunteer to support, unfortunately, you may be out of luck.

What have you tried?  You can always call them 800-433-3488. I'm unsure what kind of support help you'll get but you can talk to a person...after getting routed a bit.  NI unfortunately doesn't regularly check the forums, especially the non-main one.  They will answer questions and help, but getting them to respond in the forums isn't guaranteed.
