Error Code 301031------MC Characteristic Write.vi------M&C Toolkit

I can read a characteristic with MC characteristic Read.vi. 

But it's wrong when I write a value of a Characteristic with MC Charateristic Write and the error code is -301031.

What is the meaning of this error code and How can I solve the problem?

By the way, Where can I search the information about error codes of  the M&C toolkit?

Error -301031 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit: (Hex 0xFFFB6819) The measurement or characteristic is read only.

You can use the LabVIEW "Explain Error" window to get detailed information about the error codes.
