Can anyone recommend any off-the-shelf CAN bus physical layer testing solution that can be integrated with an ATE?
I'm looking for a programmable device for testing things like terminators/impedance, shorts/breaks, detection of swapped lines, common mode voltage, quality level, etc.
It would be best if it communicates via ETH.
I only found Ixxat CANcheck and Gemac CAN Bus Tester 2 (sometimes sold under a different brand). It seems that Gemac can't be integrated with an ATE. All of them are USB-based.
Have any of you ever used these devices?
