myRio Bottleneck

Hey there people! 🙂

I recently started programming stuff with the myRio, and I have come upon a problem. I wrote up a program to control some device where during every loop iteration I read and write some analog and digital IOs and read two encoders. However, there seems to be one point during the "myRio Open.vi" where my program is slowed down severely. Another offender appears to be the "myRio Wait for RDY.vi". I tried to profile the program, the picture shows the relevant information: 

The code is executed on the myRio, but the myrio itself is not yet connected to any hardware, if that makes a difference. Interaction with the front panel is minimal (only a few indicators).

There are so many things I could have overlooked, so any help on how to resolve this issue is much appreciated! If I forgot to include anything important, please just let me know! 🙂

Hey, sorr for the very late answer, but the problem still persists 😕

We just sample things slower which kinda works for the moment, I didn't have the time to do more digging so far unfortunately. If anyone else has an idea, that would be awesome ^^
