error to communicate ni myrio to PC

Hi, 

as a new user of ni myrio, i am having some problems while trying to communicate this device to my PC.

I'm having a problem when connecting ni myrio to the PC via the USB cable. when i start the ni myrio getting started wizard, this error seem to appear.

actually my PC run with window 7 64 bit.

i had try to reconnect and reset my ni myrio device but another error occurred(error 2 as attached below).

but what i am suprising is, sometime the device was successfully communicate with the PC during my first try but it come to an error on the next day. i had tried to many time connecting this device to PC but it seem to be unstable. it sometime ok (succesfully communicate) and sometime end up with those errors. can you please help me on this problem. what actually cause this problem to happen.

actually i had tried so many solution provided on this site(refer to others posting with the same problem) but the end, the problem still unsolved. the error keep repeating when i tried to connect the device to PC.

the solution i had tried before:

1. reinstall ni myrio software

2. update firmware on NI MAX

3. add/remove software from the remote system tree on NI MAX

4. off/disable firewall setting

can you please advice me another solutution regarding to this problem?

Just try formating your MyRIO device and install the firmware again so if there is any internall error it will be resolved. So Restart your pc connect your Myrio and go to NI MAX and locate your myrio device right click on the device and click format. you will get a prompt for password just click ok and follow the procedure. 

Make sure you read the instructions carefully before formating.

I have 

the same problem before when I try to connect myrio to the pc.. But the problem is, I have tried with disconnect it in NI MAX under remote system...and until now I don't know how to connect it back so that I can try to 'format disk' in order to solve the error in connection..

Can anyone help me....
