cannot connect to myRIO

Hi,

Just purchased myRIO 1900 and installed entire software bundle. It connects via wifi but not with USB cable. Device manager shows USBLAN network adapter but after LabVIEW doesn't detect myRIO over USB cable. Tried reinstalling the software bundle but same issue. Help needed.
