You'll have to provide us with a lot more information or we won't be able to help you. What hardware are you using? What specifically are you trying to do? What have you tried? Did it work? If not what happened and what did you expect to happen?
The more information you can provide the more help we can provide. A general question like 'how can I control temperature in a room' is too open ended, there are hundreds of 'correct answers' but most won't work for your application.
For example one way to use that VI to control the temperature in a room would be to print it out on a piece of paper and burn it. The flames would warm the room. I assume this is not the answer you're looking for so please provide some more information so we can help you out.
