What is the internal impedance of the NI ELVIS Function Generator?

Does anyone know the load impedance of the function generator? I'm wondering how much it may be tainting the results of Tau for my RC circuit. Thanks.

Impact -

With the NI ELVIS Function Generator, the output impedence is spec'ed at 50 Ω guaranteed.  You can find the block diagram from the Function Generator on page A-6 and C-6 (Appendix C:  Theory of Operation) of the NI ELVIS User Manual.
