USRP signal processing

Hi,

I am using the USRP 2920, I wish to develop record and playback application. First of all I will like to know how the USRP2920 operate. From HF Reception up to output of IQ Signals into Gigabit Ethernet interface.

Can someone provide me with detailed documentation on:

-How does the clock is been generated and which frequency range does it covers?

-How does ADC/DAC processes data, when does it use 8 or 16bits? and how it is related to the instantaneous Bandwidth of either 20 or 40 Mhz?

-How does it compute the downconversiton factor? and the decimation factor at the DDC for a more narrow bandwidth?

-How large is the Buffet and how often should be read/write in it to avoid under/overflow?
