Troubles with my NI Modules

Hi community.

I'm Alvaro and i have a trouble, I hope solve it here with your suggestions.

I have inserted my modules NI‑9234 (02 units) in my NI - 9188 Chassis, and when i go to NI MAX to identify them in "Device and interfaces" , they don't appears.

In "Network devices" appears the NI-9188 Chassis, but can't recognize my NI - 9234 Modules.

Thanks for advance.}

Alvaro.

Hi Alvaro,

May I know what version of DAQmx driver you are currently using?

Have you tried to select the chassis and click Self-Test in NI-MAX?

I think this article will help you: Modules in Ethernet cDAQ Chassis Are Not Recognized in MAX

Best regards,

Carmen

How does your message help?  The original poster is talking about a cDAQ 9188 and your linked article is talking about a cRIO chassis.
