MyDAQ Install Problems

Hello!

I'm having trouble installing the software to use MyDAQ.  I have a MacBook and an HP laptop; neither have a DVD reader so I'm trying to download from the website.  It will not install on my MAC, which I realized after, but it also will not install on my HP.  It comes close to installing, but then stays "input data error."  Any idea what's happening?

When you say you are downloading from the website are you downloading LabVIEW, NI ELVISmx, and Circuit Design Suite Software from our official download links? If not, you can find those under section 1 of this product page.

NI myDAQ Driver and Software Download:

It would be useful if you could include a screenshot of the specific error or pop-up when seeing the "input data error" message for the forum.
