Incorrect Phase shift for multi-channel signal because of the different t0

I have AI 4 channel task on elvis II and they connected to the same source signal and measure Phase for this signals via "Extract Single Tone Information N Chan" vi. This vi doesn't use t0 for evaluating phases, because of the different absolute t0 of the waveform I have a phase shift.
Could anyone suggest any solution for this situation

Hi Manushak,

After looking at the pictures you attached, it looks like the output data of the VI is good and the amplitude and phase data are just switched.  The graphs in the first picture map to an amplitude of 2, 6, and 11 which are listed as the phases for picture 2.  Just flip the data and you'll see the consistent phase of 2.8° across each of the input signals.
