Feature Suggestions

I'll start the feature suggestion thread...
I like AVM and I am trying to get approval to use it at work. We have projects in LV2015SP1 and LV2017 and it's a pain to remember to be careful when switching between the two. So, I really like the product.
My current requests are:
1. Somehow keep the file type icons associated with the regular LabVIEW types. (This is probably a Windows thing and not really something you can do but I thought I'd ask).
2. Can you make the splash screen less invasive? Smaller? Dismiss quicker? Maybe it does take a few seconds to do the checks, so again maybe something you can't change.
