Here's my talk about how a decent software process puts you well on the path to an ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and also demonstrates SSDCs project management tools. Most important take-out, share, review and make your processes helpful.

I was asked about the video editing tools that I used.

to speed up and blur I used this

To screen record I use Snag-It or ezvid (http://www.ezvid.com/)

When you use ezvid you will need to convert it and I used Freemake Video Converter, although it wants to add rubbish to my browser!

When using video demos I have found that 2x normal working speed works for talking and improves the tempo of the presentation.
