I am new to NIVeristand. I am using NIPXI6515 DAQ card in my control setup to work with the digital inputs and outputs. Is there a way in which I can use veristand alone to generate a pulse train with a specified frequency and duty cycle at one of the digital outputs? I dont want to use a model in veristand to generate this pulse train.
Please let me know if this is possilble.Also while a model is currently mapped to an output (example AO) and executing, what happens to AO channel when model execution stops (due to an emergency stop or shutdown)? Will it remain at the previous updated value or will be be resetted to its default value?
