Is there a way to configure TestStand on a system with only base deployment?

Been told there is a app I can download to configure stuff like reports, adaptors and variables etc on a system which only has the Base Deployment license (Basically, a system on which the TestStand Development system has not been installed)

Anyone know if this exists and where I could find it?

You can use the User Interface to do that.  That's the whole purpose of the UI.  How do they execute your sequence on the deployment PC if they aren't using the UI?

I believe you have to log in to the UI as an admin though.
