TP2510 - Spice Model Importing Issue

I am attempting to import TP2510 but when I import the model data in the component wizard I receive "SPICE Netlist Error, element '<unknown>': Unmatched ".ENDS" statement".

When attempting to simulate I get the following errors:

SPICE Netlist Error, element '<unknown>': Unmatched ".ENDS" statement
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'mu1': Not enough nodes found
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element 'mu1': Not enough terminals for device type 'Mos3'
SPICE Netlist Error in schematic RefDes 'u1', element '<unknown>': Due to errors, the component 'mu1' will be omitted from the simulation
