Hi,
I'm evaluating several different versions of circuit design and simulation software before buying a license, and my standard has become "whichever I can import the SN74LVC1404 IC into first." I know this is a community discussion board and not sales, but I haven't been able to figure out how to contact sales. That's not promising, but apparently hating everything and wanting to tear your hair out is just how things go in this world so here we are!

Here are some files you can download that supposedly work. I haven't been able to get them working in ANY software. Not even TI's own SPICE offering. Anyway here they are: https://www.ti.com/product/SN74LVC1404?keyMatch=SN74LVC1404#design-tools-simulation
On that page you'll want to scroll down to the "Design & Development" section, then click on the "Design tols & simulation" tab. That gives you two options: an HSpice model and an IBIS model.
If neither of those will work, you can click "CAD/CAE Symbols" and then "View options" to the right of any package to open a new window titled "Ultra Librarian for TI." In that new window, click "Choose CAD Format(s) & Download" to get a bewildering array of options, none of which will (as far as I can tell) work with Multisim.
Can someone please help me identify the correct file, or perhaps transmogrify one of these files into a format that Multisim will play nicely with? I'm going bald here!
