Circuit Wizard for Multisim 14.0 Base Edition?

This is a very simple question but I couldn't find the answer. I am using Multisim 14.0 base edition. Does it not include the Circuit Wizard? I am following the NI Multisim Basic Exercises manual. Isn't it normal that all (non-optional) features covered in such training manuals are included in all versions of the software? I am confused.

I did some research and I found some information and it seems that the base version of multisim does not have the feature of Circuit Wizard (555 timer wizard, Op-Amp Wizard, Filter Wizard)
