How do I link a Physical Channel to a NI USB-6009 DAQ device to acquire Analog Input Voltage from a C Cell Battery?
I am trying to do this with a MacBook Pro I have downloaded and installed the NI-DAQmx Base 3.5 driver software and my device is recogonized as Dev1.

I do not have any DAQ devices (at least none recognized by DAQmx Base) so I cannot check. You may need to type in the name.

Hi rob546109,
If your device is recognized then you should be all set to input the appropriate physical channel to the DAQmx Base Create Channel VI. This can be done be placing a constant or control to the Physical Channel input on that VI. A drop-down menu will be available for you to choose which device and port you wish to associate with the task. I have included some links in this message that will direct you towards some examples that will give you some direction on how to acomplish this.
