Why does releasing or creating IMAQ frames take so long?

Randomly had a chance to benchmark this on a high-memory machine. Allocating/start with 20,000 1MB images took approximately 100 seconds while the deallocation/close now takes 16 seconds. I think you'll agree this is significantly better than before 🙂
