Error -1074395975 occurred when i want to run a avi file

When i want to run a avi file this error occurred:

"Error -1074395975 occurred at IMAQ AVI Read Frame

  DirectX has timed out reading or writing the AVI file.  When closing an AVI file, try adding an additional delay.  When reading an AVI file, try reducing CPU and disk load."

i didn't run anything special that uses cpu.

could you please tell me how can i solve this problem?

So prehaps you could give me a bit more info?

Could you attach your code, and let me know what versions of all the relevant software your running? Also could you check Direct X is updated please.
