call to "ialv_configuration_info" included in FPLVMgr.dll from CVI 7.1

Hello,

i need to "parse" an provided iak file. in LabView's Fieldpoint libraries is a function "FP Get Configuration Info" included. Is there a similar function in CVI?
I tried to call the function "ialv_configuration_info" included in "FPLVMgr.dll", but i only get an Error "LABVIEW.LIB was not called from a LabVIEW process".

no, the example is useless for me, sorry.
I've attached a LabVIEW VI with the function I want to realize in CVI.
