Create a new timestamp constant on block diagram.  Then try to input 1:0:0 JAN 1, 1970 on it.  Click mouse on other place, the time will automatically changed into 7:59:59.000  1970-1-1

Hi Qizhin,
for me it worked, though I admit it was a bit tricky to set the time with the up-down keys. I attached a VI with the Timestamp preset to 00:00:00,000, 1.1.1970 and countig the seconds up to 8 o'clock.
greets, Dave

Thank you,

This is interesting,  it works with the up-down keys, but can't be changed directlly by inputting a number.

Qizhen,

what is your timezone of the timestamp indicator?
Is it a valid time?

My timezoon is GMT+8, Beijing time.  This could be the reason.
And I uses LabVIEW 8.5
