Test Stand Set Property Value.vi - Error 97

I'm getting Error 97 from Test Stand Set Property Value.vi.  I have posted my code as an attachment.  AMP-PW FG1-1A_SPS.vi is the main VI.  The error cluster can be seen in the .bmp file.

So, how are you passing the sequence context? The error message is 'A null or previously deleted refnum was passed in as an input.'

I think my problem was that I ran the VI outside of TestStand.  When I ran the TestStand sequence that called the VI, I had no errors.
