Separating frames from live video stream.

I am trying to use a USB camera to track the position of a ball moving across a certain area. I thought I would use optical flow (HS), but I keep getting the not an image error. I think my error is in not separating the frames out correctly. How do I break I live video into frames? I thought I could use a shift register, but it did not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Tatro,

What specific error are you receiving? Also, it sounds like you may not be creating the memory correctly, have you tried looking at the examples in the Example Finder (Open LabVIEW and then go to Help->Find Examples)? Could you post a screen shot of your code as well so I can take a look at it? Thanks Tatro.
