Magnetic Particle Brake/Clutch

Hello,
I need suggestions for the magnetic clutch, driver, encoder, connector, DAQ system. I would be glad, if anyone could suggest hardware to buy . 

I want to control torque of a shaft by applying brake based on the angular position of the shaft. Based on encoder feedback, the magnetic particle clutch will increase/decrease braking.
Max torque from the braking will be 25 Nm, and the angle of rotation is 180 deg. 
I am using a rotary encoder MES 50 3600PC4 with cDAQ 9174 in our system with NI9923 and NI9361.

For controlling the system, can anyone provides any example to start coding for the system? I want to use LabVIEW.

If you are using an encoder with the Z value, I would suggest making the Z-crossover pulse occur during the 180 degree movement.  Preferably near one of the end-points for calibration purposes to sync/calibrate the system prior to use.
