Executable License Documentation

My company is looking to distribute executables built within Labview. I know that we can use/sell/distribute these executables freely without roylaties to NI. However I would like to have the documentation to support this. Can someone point me to that? I have seen various posts discuss this, but I haven't found the official documenation. As you can imagine most companies would want to have this on file to reference internally as a matter of liability and simply reference. Thanks.

The information you seek is in the End User License Agreement.

The bottom of page 17 talks about Application Deployment.
