On Mac OS X, the LabVIEW Data folder, which is used as the default location to store robot projects is read-only for non-adminstrator users. The first robot project opened changes the permissions of the Projects folder, but can only do so if the current user is an administrator. This is not a new bug, and it may be possible to avoid it by creating a folder with read/write permissions called "Documents/LabVIEW Data/NXTRobotics/Projects". For users that are experiencing an issue with the New Robot Project dialog due to this bug, I attached an empty robot project that can be used as a template. I am continuing to investigate this issue for upcoming releases. I will post a new reply when a better workaround is found.
