Probably the program aborts an io operation and ni is so friendly to reset the driver.
Are you stopping or aborting a program?

The abort button should not even be visible on the toolbar. Unexpected results can happen.

in my program i reading datat from serial port ......and if i exit from programm this message will appear .....how can i cancel this message ?

It does not really add to the discussion if you keep attaching the same image over and over, so stop that! Thanks.

Show us your code and tell us exactly how you "exit from the program". The root cause is in your program and how you (ab)use it, not in the dialog you keep showing us.

You cannot cancel that message, but you should be able to clean up your code so it no longer happens. For more information, have a look at this article.
