Keithley 6517b Remote Humidity Measurement

I am using a 6517b to measure currents and apply voltage to a device under test.  Along with the current reading I would like to log the humidity using the optional humidity probe.  How can this be done?  I am using Labview 2016 and operating the device over GPIB.

I don't have one to test this on but did demo a unit and use some of the Keithley software to record Temp/%RH with the data we logged, so it can be done.

The driver contains VIs to enable Temperature and Humidity Monitoring.  Once enabled your buffer reading will have those values of temp & %RH appended.  See the example with the driver "Keithley 6517 Trace Buffer Store and Read.vi" for reading the buffer.
