Is there an instrument driver for Heraeus Vötsch Test Chamber VMT 07/35?

The equipment is very old with only RS232 interface. I can't find the manufacturer's website. Is there any solution?

I haven't found a driver for the test chamber you mention but I found the manufacturer's homepage:
http://www.kendro.com/heraeus.html

It looks like Heräus is now a subdivision of Kendro. Please ask the vendor if a LabVIEW instrument driver is available. If not it shouldn't be too difficult to control the device using VISA serial commands in LabVIEW. Please refer to the manual of the device for the valid command set.

About two years ago I used a Vötsch VTS 4150 in an application. I wrote some VIs to communicate with the chamber. Do you know the communication protocol of the VMT 07/35 ?

i am not entirely sure. the only information i found was the following text file with an instrument driver. but i could not figure out how to use or compile it

This will not be of great help (at least for me) !
What we need is the list of the different commands to communicate with the chamber through the serial port. The manufacturer should be able to give you this protocol.

Did you already looked at this site 

I have a manual for the HC4015, 4030, 4055, 4120, 7015, 7030, 7055, 7120. The ASCII protocol are two pages with a read and set data command.

Let me know if this can be of any help.
