Initialize error fluke 6100a

I am getting the error below when I try to use the fluke initilze function from the driver.  Does anyone know why?

Error -1073807195 occurred at VISA Open in fl6100a Initialize.vi

Possible reason(s):

VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF00A5) The interface type is valid, but the specified interface number is not configured.

and which interface? bus?
