I see. FSIG is different than FSU you stated at first. FSU Instrument Driver is then useless. I'm not sure if FSIG (quite old instrument) supports storing hardcopy to disk. If not, then it's not possible to use plain SCPI commands. Maybe GPIBShot would help.

The "Call GPIBshot" vi is for Labview8.1 but now my version is 6.1. Can someone be kind enough to send a vi for 6.1? Thanks.

I don't have Labview 6.1 installed so I am sending you block diagram picture. You should be able to re-create it very easily since this VI only uses one connectivity function -- System Exec.vi. I replaced all controls with constants so that you won't have to guess what's in there. Remember to visit GPIBShot program and configure items in Setup menu according to your needs before running this VI.
