CV Measurement with HP 4280A

Dear Friends,

we are a group of students who are building a measurement system with HP 4280A, everything worked fine until we wanted to read the buffer.

When we read the buffer as shown in the picture above after sending the necessary CV measurement string (FN1,CH,MS3,SL2,LE1,FL,CNI0,IB3,PL0.03,R3,MA1,TR3,PS)  after this we want to read the bbuffer as seen on picture.
but we only see the last measurement result out of 100...

any help will be deeply appreciated...

You can use or refer to the example that comes with LabVIEW

I need you to help me about a Capacitance-Voltage program that controls the HP 4280A 1MHz C-V Plotter. So, I need an instrument library that I didn't found until now and if any of you had a C-V program working with the instrument mentioned above, please send it to me or give me how to read the C-V data via the GPIB link from the instrument.

 

Important Note: I have done C-V measurement with HP 4280A manually. All the commands are executable except those of reading the data in Agilent Vee Pro software.
please give me how to read the C-V data.

If you are using VEE then try to ask Agilent

For LabVIEW look at instrument driver net

Hello,

The HP 4280A C-V Plotter is obsolete as Agilent said. so, it doesn't exist a driver for the instrument.

If anyone have a C-V program of HP 4280A, please send it to me as soon as possible.
