How to retrieve formulae from command stack?

Solved!
Go to solution

I'm performing calcualtions on multiple data set.I use the calculator to perform all the calculations. The command stack saves the last 20 operations performed but I'm performing more than 20 operations and I would like to have access to see what calculations I performed.

There is no File-Save option under the analysis tab. How do I know what calculations I performed on the channels if I cannot access the formulae from the command stack ?

Thanks

Hi Vamshi,

What DIAdem version are you using?  If you're using version 11.1 or higher, then I'd recommend you switch from the Channel Calculator to the Calculation Manager, which enables you to save and reload any number of calculations, as well as to link the results of some to the inputs of others.

If you are using DIAdem 11.0 or earlier, then I'd recommend that you run the 20+ calculations with a VBScript, using the ChnCalculate() command.  The interactive Channel Calculator was designed for quick interactive calculations, not tons of sequential calculations that you want to reuse over and over again.
