How to automatically create bands of software and add to a 3d axis system?

I am looking to automatically create bands of 1000 data points for 2 channels across every 3600000 across data that has in total 360000000 data points. These bands are going to be labelled 1 to 100 and that will be plot along a 3d axis with the 2 channels. Is there some form of script I could use to do this?

Thank you for posting this question. I would like to check up on this post since no one in the community has gotten back to you yet.  

3D data in DIAdem can come in two different structures: Triplet and Matrix. A triplet plot will be like a line in 3 dimensions, while a Matrix gives a surface.
